A Little Bit About Me...

Love Where You Live!

I have been a resident of Virginia Beach most of my life and am honored to have grown up here and call it home! After graduating from First Colonial High school, I left the beach to attend Elon College in North Carolina. Soon after graduation, I made my way back home. I have lived in many different areas of Virginia Beach, including Little Neck, Kempsville, the Oceanfront, The North End, Great Neck and Shore Drive area, so I am familiar with multiple markets. While staying at home with my two children, I worked for several staging/organizing companies - a perfect job for my creative side. I also put my love for real estate and design to work and began flipping houses with my husband, solidifying my decision to become a Realtor in 2010.

When I am not working, I spend as much time as I can on the beach and with my family.

Whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced investor, let me put my knowledge of the area to work for you and help you find a place to call home!

TESTIMONIALS:

"Karen was an excellent agent from the time we started working with her through the closing on our condo. She provided honest and helpful guidance as we maneuvered our way through the process of a vacation home search. Karen encouraged us to take our time as we made our decision with absolutely no sales pressure. She was candid as we requested her advice regarding the local market and the condo we were considering. We really enjoyed working with Karen during our condo search/purchase. And just think how lucky we were that she answered our internet inquiry, Excellent work! "- Robert & Sheryl B.

"We are very fortunate to have Karen as our realtor. House hunting from overseas is stressful, but it didn't phase Karen at all! She scouted properties for us and did walk-throughs using Facetime. She was honest in her opinions and made us feel at ease when issues arose. We are extremely grateful to have worked with Karen!" - Jake & Gretchen L.
