I must start by saying what an honor it is each time I am invited to share my expertise in the sale and/or purchase of a home. In my 20+ years in real estate, I've worked with corporate relocation clients, builders, savvy investors, family and friends on a myriad of real estate transactions, but I still find something very special about helping a buyer make their initial purchase! As a Realtor®, it is my job to share my knowledge of the current market with clients, but that extra bit of education a first-time home buyer needs is a welcome challenge. It will come as no surprise when I say I also enjoy my role as Supervising Broker at Atkinson Realty where I train new agents and advise agents in contract negotiations.
